About Us

About Rubyfix

Rubyfix is an online shop based in Portugal, selling home, kitchen and everyday essentials to customers in the United Kingdom. We ship to the UK only, and UK shipping is free on every order.

What we sell

Our range covers home and seasonal decor, table linens, kitchen tools and practical household items — the sort of pieces that make a home feel finished or a daily task easier. We add products in small batches rather than listing everything we can find.

How we operate

Rubyfix processes and sells every order placed through this website, and we are the seller you are buying from. We work with logistics and fulfilment partners to prepare and ship orders, which is why delivery takes 4-7 working days rather than next day. We would rather be upfront about that than promise timings we cannot keep.

Returns

Every order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, alongside your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.
