Where we ship

We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. We are not able to accept orders for delivery outside the UK.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all UK orders. There is no minimum spend, and no delivery charge is added at checkout.

Delivery times

Orders are delivered in 4 to 7 working days. Estimated delivery times are also shown on each product page and confirmed at checkout. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Taxes

The final price, including any applicable taxes, is always confirmed at checkout before you pay.

How processing works

Rubyfix processes and sells every order placed through this website. We work with logistics and fulfilment partners to prepare and ship orders. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
